If you are unhappy with any product supplied by magnets4all or Sarah Fishwick Marketing please return unused with your receipt within 7 days in its original packaging and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Bioflow, Biophone & Bioguard

All Bioflow, Biophone & Bioguard products are sold subject to a 12 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship.

If a Bioflow, Biophone & Bioguard product proves to be faulty within the first 12 months, please return it to us with your receipt and we will replace it free of charge.

All Bioflow, Biophone & Bioguard products are sold subject to a 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a Bioflow, Biophone & Bioguard product within 90 days, please return it to us with your receipt for a refund. A handling fee of 15% is charged to cover administration and refurbishment costs.

Motoflow, Thermoflow & H2Flow

All Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2Flow products are sold with a 10 year replacement guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship. If one of these products proves to be faulty within 10 years, please return it with your receipt and we will replace it free of charge.

All Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2Flow products are sold with a complete 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product within 90 days, simply return it to us with your receipt and we will reimburse you 100% of the purchase price.

Customer Loyalty Scheme.

If at any time you wish to exchange or upgrade your Bioflow, Biophone or Bioguard product, we will allow you 50% of the purchase price of your original product against any new Bioflow, Biophone or Bioguard product.
